This listing includes 10 Old School Special Stud Screws (correct, as pictured). The Stud Screws are being offered in case the factory rivet on your car or truck is damaged or missing. All you do is drill a pilot hole in the sheet metal, screw in the Stud Screw, then wedge the molding clip in… these are a total life saver! These Stud Screws secure the molding clip to the sheet metal, so the trim can be snapped into place (up against the glass or other trim areas) — these work really awesome, look professional when tightened, and have never been used! Most cars/trucks only need a few replaced during restoration, so this amount will likely be more than enough, so hopefully there will be some left over for the next build or project. Car Makers used the same type of special welded in stud to secure the molding/trim for many years. They fit cars/trucks from 1960’s into the 1980’s! …the screws install pretty easy.
