The pipe part is 60.5φ-34φ 1.5mm thick and the elbow part is 1.0mm thick. The elbow is evenly sized to reduce turbulence and increase suction efficiency. A screw vane is built in just before the elbow to rotate the air flow. This increases turbine response and power by turning the air in the same direction as the turbine rotation. The screw plate is placed on the outside of the pipe to allow the airflow to flow without interfering with the intake air. The blades are welded securely.
